Terms of Use

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the legal age to play in your jurisdiction) to open an account with BATERY. To register, users must provide:

• Full name;
• Date of birth and valid government issued ID;
• Residential address;
• Valid email address and phone number;
• Selected username and password.

During account verification, users may be required to upload scanned copies of ID, utility bills and documents. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in us restricting access to or blocking your account.

Users are strictly prohibited from having more than one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any winnings forfeited. In addition, accounts must only be opened and used by natural persons. No legal entities, agents or proxies are permitted.

Users residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited (USA, UK, Iran, DPRK, Cyprus, Netherlands and other countries) cannot register or use BATERY services. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that their participation is legal. BATERY is not responsible for any violation of local laws. Applicants must confirm that:

• They are acting on their own behalf;
• They are not professional athletes participating in events on which BATERY offers bets;
• They are not included in any register of players with self-exclusion or restrictions;
• Their funds are not obtained by criminal or fraudulent means;
• Their use of the service does not violate any laws applicable to them;
• They do not consider the content on the site offensive or inappropriate.

Providing false or misleading registration data may result in permanent blocking, confiscation of funds and further reporting to the authorities.

BATERY offers betting services, casino games and related services for personal entertainment only. Users should not, under any circumstances, consider gambling as a means of generating income. The platform reserves the right to:

• Cancel bets made due to technical or human errors (e.g. incorrect odds, event data);
• Void bonuses obtained fraudulently;
• Limit or close accounts involved in suspicious or collusive behavior;
• Monitor and investigate cases indicating manipulation, abuse or syndicated betting.

If there is evidence of a fixed event or any form of fraud, BATERY may void winnings and refund only the original stake. This includes cases of unusual betting patterns, repeated identical bets or the use of automated systems.

The use of BATERY is governed by the laws of Curacao. All disputes, regardless of the user’s nationality, are considered in the jurisdiction of Curacao. BATERY disclaims any obligation to inform users about local gambling laws and is not responsible for any consequences arising from the violation of such laws by users. All legal relations between users and BATERY are governed by the laws of Curacao. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Curacao, unless otherwise agreed upon by arbitration. Users waive the right to have disputes considered in other jurisdictions.
In the event of claims related to a bet or the operation of the platform, BATERY’s internal database and records are considered the final and binding authority. Users cannot initiate legal proceedings on disputes until all internal verification and arbitration procedures have been exhausted.

Only verified users are eligible to participate in our promotions, as well as to withdraw funds and have full access to all the features of our platform. All information provided during registration must be correct and up-to-date. The use of payment cards or accounts opened in the name of another person is prohibited.
Each user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. Any actions performed after logging in are already considered authorized. If you suspect unauthorized use of your password, you must immediately change your password and report the suspicious incident to us.
Accounts cannot be transferred to a third party, sold or gifted. Any attempt to do so may result in your account being blocked. Sharing sensitive data via email (such as card numbers) is strongly discouraged. Users placing bets from mobile devices are responsible for any data loss or network usage costs.

All account balances and transactions are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. BATERY may block the currency at any time, in which case the conversion will be made at the current interbank exchange rates.
Deposits and withdrawals must be made from and returned to accounts or cards opened in the name of the registered user. The use of third-party financial instruments is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of transactions and potential legal consequences.

Each bonus is limited to one person, household, email address, phone number, payment method and IP address. Users must make a real money deposit to receive the bonus.

Evidence of bonus fraud (e.g. group bets, coordinated actions) will result in the cancellation of bonuses and the cancellation of bets. BATERY may request verification of identity before issuing a bonus. Violations of bonus rules include:

• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times;
• Betting patterns that involve bonus abuse (e.g., making the same bets multiple times);
• Colluding to obtain or extract bonuses.

Users must make deposits using verified methods. A full list of methods, fees, and limits is available on the website. Depositing funds for non-gambling purposes (e.g., money laundering) is strictly prohibited.

BATERY reserves the right to:

• Reverse deposits made from someone else’s card or account;
• Reimburse any administrative costs incurred as a result of invalid deposits;
• Penalize users who have taken advantage of technical or administrative errors.

Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours of request and successful identity verification. Payouts are made to the original payment source whenever possible.

Users must have wagered at least 70% of their deposit amount before submitting a withdrawal request. Failure to do so may result in a 10% + $10 processing fee.

Other withdrawal conditions:

• Limit of $50,000 per calendar day;
• Payments are made to the verified account of the registered user only;
• Group/family members must manage separate accounts; sharing is not allowed.

BATERY may refuse to pay out to users who violate the platform terms or who own multiple accounts

Refunds are rare and are only issued in special cases:

• Funds credited in error;
• Use of unauthorized payment methods;
• Access to the account without the user’s consent.

A refund request must be submitted within 180 days and may be reviewed. BATERY may require users to provide identification, transaction records, and other documents. Refunds are made to the original source of the deposit.

Our BATERY platform requires identity verification, this includes but is not limited to:

• Valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license);
• Utility bill or bank statement (must be issued no more than 3 months ago);
• Proof of ownership of the payment instrument (e.g. card photo, e-wallet statement);
• Selfie with ID.

The verification process usually takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours. In some cases, BATERY may request a video call or phone interview to confirm the details.

During verification:

• Account access may be restricted;
• Winnings and withdrawals are temporarily suspended;
• Users must complete the request within 72 hours of the request to avoid further action.

All software, graphics, text, trademarks and systems on the BATERY website are copyrighted and are the property of YouGMedia B.V. or its partners! Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Users are prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying or distributing platform content;
• Using software to hack the system or automate the game;
• Copying betting patterns using scripts or bots.

BATERY monitors illegal financial activities and betting patterns. Any suspicion of fraud, including:

• Recalling deposits;
• Using stolen payment methods.

Falsification of identity may lead to account blocking and legal consequences. All evidence will be documented and, if necessary, forwarded to law enforcement agencies.

All claims must be submitted within 5 days of the dispute arising. BATERY will review each case and make a final decision based on internal data and applicable law.
Users agree that BATERY’s internal records and the English language version of the terms are authoritative. Complaints that go to court shall be considered in accordance with the jurisdiction of Curacao.

BATERY may contact users by phone or email regarding promotions, account issues, or security checks. By using our service, users express their full consent to receive such communications. However, users can unsubscribe from promotional materials, but will continue to receive necessary notifications.
